Hi, I work 5 am to 5pm can someoengive me some ideas to what to take to work to eat throught the day to maintain energy, because I am really tired.Thanks, Pat

Hey Pat! I usually make some sort of salad, nori rolls or soup to take for lunch, and then just some fruit for snacks. Oranges, grapefruit, pears, etc. You could also take nuts with you....the fat in them keeps you satiated, but carbs (like those in fruit and veggies) are better for energy! You could also make some green smoothies to take with you....that way you can load them with things like greens, fruit, and maybe some hemp protein powder to keep you going! I'm not very creative when it comes to recipes, so I'm pretty boring! Hopefully someone has some great ideas for you!

I like sandwiches with onion bread, Swiss nut cheese, lettuce and tomato. I also like Goraw pumpkin seed bars. And baby vegetables or chunks of bell pepper stuffed with nacho nut cheese.
