Newbie in Phoenix

Hi, all, I'm Sharon, age 69....mostly vegan, trying to work more raw into my diet.
Make my own kombucha tea and am trying to get as healthy as possible.
Husband is a meat eater...sigh..
Hope to get encouragement here, as most of my family think I'm crazy and eat the normal American disgusting diet.

I think the warm climate really helps us be raw.

My 3 sons still eat cooked but they have gone all organic & eat some raw now & again...I have a separate fridge for my raw vegan stuff & i caught my 18 year old in there the other day munching on dried kiwi fruit slices i'd dried in my dehydrator ;) raw is working its magic on them slowly but surely
