Alkaline water?

I was just watching a video by annie Jubb, and she is talking about alkaline water, and how the waters structure isnt damaged? however she doesnt go into detail about it. I never knew that one type of water can be better for you then others? Does anyone have any information about THE BEST water for you? Also a good place to buy it. I drink like 6 bottle waters a day so I need the best type why drink all that water if its not that good for you. If you have any info PLEASE HELP!

Aloha Jessica! I looove water too...!! Queen from Queens just posted in her blog yesterday (or it might've been the day before)... that fiji water has the higest alkaline and thats wonderful! Cuz - turns out - fiji water is my favorite brand -- RAWK ON!
