I did my first enema today.

Took me right back to my travelling in India.

I loved it,

I feel so clean and light.

I have been working since 6am as well 2day now I feel like I have just woke up from a 12hr sleep.

How much water did your bag hold? How long was the water in you for? I'm thinking about trying.

Bag held about 2 ltrs.

I only did 1 ltr about 3 times lol

Water was only in me for a couple of mins prob should have done it longer, but live and learn eh.

Just try it..
