Raw and sinus congestion

I just had a pleasant surprise today. Its my 94th day all raw and I took the first steam bath since going all raw. I got into the steamer same as always with a hankie to blow my nose on as the steam always loosens up anything in my nose. I sat down in the steamer and started to enjoy the steambath. After awhile I got the hankie and blew my nose. There was nothing in my nose, it was and is completely, totally clean ! This is the first time that has ever happened. It came as a complete surprise right outa the blue. The only thing that has changed is the raw food so I give it a 99% probability of the lack of mucus in my nose being due to raw foods (I'd give it 100% but nothings that certain). I am very surprised and pleased with no mucus. Has anyone else had an experience like this ?

as for my experiences... well ---- I used to wake up every morning and hack and cough up phlem... (i know pretty picture huh?)....

since going raw and going thru different phases of detox... I did notice less and less phlem as time went on - to right now -- and I am glad to say - my daily ritual of hacking and coughing up phlem like a lovely and classey... beautiful goddess... (ahemmm..... :rolleyes: ... ) has stopped completely! :D

I am phlem free!! yeewww... I can't believe I just told you all about that!! :eek:

I hack up phlem everyday, its terrbble. I will have to try to do better and stay raw. Thanks, Pat
