Hi everyone!

Haven't been around for awhile, but I knew who to come to with this question!

In my first mammogram they've found some breast calcifications. I am trying not to panic as I know that some are considered "normal", and I am waiting to hear from the radiologist. Meanwhile, I was looking on the 'net for some information on what causes calcification in the breast and is there a way to holistically combat and prevent this?

This has been a wake up call for me to go back on Raw, for sure. I've been struggling on and off the wagon for a year.

I so appreciate any thoughts you can give,

mommamia

Believe it could be caused by caffiene in coffee. Know that causes fibrocystic breast disease (lumpy-bumpy feeling breasts). Let us know what you find out on your search.

Totally agree that raw helps the body overcome so many things!

HI, and thanks so much for your replies!

I didn't find a lot online holistically concerning breast calcifications. One site recommended fish oil, organic food, cleansing and so forth. Sound familiar?

I've heard back from the radiologist and 'benign with six month follow up' is the diagnosis. I would like those calcifications gone by six months!

Thanks again for support and replies,

Also consider primrose oil, COQ10 and bouncing on a rebounder. Also, massaging them with a quality oil. I bet there's a good essential oil for that. Let me check with my friend who's an expert on Young Living oil.
