I'm craving Graham Wafers and wondering if anyone has a recipe for this?

I don't have a recipe, but Jenny Cornbleet told me that to make a graham cracker-type pie crust to use pecans and raisins. Maybe you can come up with something along those lines.

wzjoz,
Thanks, I had done a search before but for Graham Wafers and nothing came up. Found this one for the crust:

I can't seem to find the one for the crackers though.

I have found that by adding just a teaspoon of maca to my piecrusts it gives them a graham cracker crust taste and consistency. I haven't tried it but I think if you dehydrated the pie crust recipe with maca added, you could attain a wafer of sorts. Hope this helps.

kristi7mark,
Thanks for the tip. I'm thinking of making the pie crust one first and I have Maca so could add that to it too. Thinking of adding maybe more agave or oil so it smooths out on my teflex sheets.
