Catch Yourself Smiling ?

Do you ever catch yourself smiling because you feel good as a result of being on the raw food lifestyle ?

Yeah, I do.. especially when I'm starting to feel like I'm losing control.
I think.. I've got raw, at least that's one thing I have control over.
It makes me happy... not sure if it's for the right reasons, but it does make me smile. =)

YEP.... smilin ALL the time now... people look at me and smile and say..."What?".... like I've got some kind of secret...

now my friends look at me and if they catch me smiling... they've started saying it to me!! :D

"yeah... yeah... we know... RAW RAWKS BABY!!"

uhm, ALL THE TIME!
like, I CANNOT STOP!
ive been worrying people are thinking im a complete stoner or something.
bussing to uni in the morning with a busload of other students who cant keep their eyes open,
and im bouncy, holding my green smoothy and GRINNING, i cant stop.

ran into my friend today.
"how was your day?" he said
"it was FANTASTIC! i had SUCH a good day!"
"how come?"

i had to stop and consider his question, lol.
i need a reason?

yes i smile like a maniac! i just moved to LA and the people here are sooo cold. i smile to everyone, ESP. being raw.

Yes, I am much more joyful because of my raw food lifestyle. It just makes me feel good, and it shows from the inside out!

I do find myself smiling ALOT! I also find myself just singing out of the blue. Raw just makes living so beautiful!!!! I wish everyone could feel like this:D
