I tried Alissa's Phad Thai today and it was fantastic. I was really impressed. I am learning more about how useful it is to have meals with different types of tastes so that everything isn't all the same.

I am a newbie and have not purchased Alissa's book, can you post the recipe for Pad Thai?

This is one of my favorites too. Unfortunately, I don't do well with nuts so it is a treat once in a great while for me. I sure love it though.

Hi,

This is just my humble opinion. But really if you are serious about being raw, buy the book. It's just like the words of Dido's song:"If my life is for rent and I don't learn to buy, well I deserve nothing more than I get, cause nothing I have is mine"

I am not a stan, but it takes considerable time and energy to create recipes, test them, find a publisher and promote your work.

It's not then very fair to expect the contents of the book to be published here for free.

It costs money to run a forum like this as well, which we get to use for free.

If you want the recipe email alissa and see if she will give it to you.
