update on the dr schulze products.

its too early to really say for sure, but i give a tentative possible thumbs up to taking the dr schulze female formula to help balance thyroid conditions--if thats really what this condition is that im trying to treat; im really not sure what it is anyway, seemingly, its a combination of thyroid and other hormonal imbalances that have left me in a daily brain fog the first half of the day for the last 18 months or so. i am finally feeling a little better, and have found nothing else non-pharmaceutical that even made a dent, iodoral, thyroid herbal formulas, juicing, etc etc etc, didnt make any difference over the past 18 months or so. ive been taking this formula for about 3 weeks, im at least able to function in the mornings now, though not 100% back to normal, and some days much better than others. its hard to say how much its helping though; some days are better than others and there are so many other variables for me right now (varying stress levels, diet, etc). i also started doing hot-cold water therapy showers, so maybe thats helping too, or decreased stress of living back at my parents temporarily so I dont have to worry about roommates, bills, etc. but ive also fallen off the raw wagon BADLY over the last 5 weeks ive been staying at my parents; my diet has been horrible, and im still feeling better than i have in a while, though not super. ill keep you updated on the herbs, but its a tentative thumbs up, might be worth a try for those who are wishing to avoid the pharmaceutical drugs. because its a female balance formula, not just for thyroid, i suspect its treating female hormone imbalance too, if i have it, and it also contains licorice, which i think supports the adrenals as well. ill keep you updated over the next few months

organically grown and wild harvested ingredient

dong quai root, chaste tree berry, wild yam root, damiana leaf, licorice root, and hops flower, in distilled water and organic grain alcohol (35-45%)

its a tincture. meant to balance female hormones, but when i called dr schulze company to ask what was recommended for treating thyroid, they said this female formula, they recommended for BOTH men and women who were having hypothyroid problems. they told me to take it 4x a day to the end of the bottle, then have my thyroid bloodwork redone by the dr to see if it had made a difference. im not having the bloodwork redone cuz i have no insurance, but i figure i should be able to tell by the way i feel.

i think if you go to their website theres instructions on there on how to make a tincture, but apparently when you get the tinctures directly from them they use really high quality herbs and suggest that the only way to really get higher quality herbs than the ones theyre using, is probably to grow them yourself.
