This is for the people who may be having their first Raw Thanksgiving. Please state if you my need a blender, food processor, dehydrator or juicer, because not everyone has those things. By all means, make up fun names for your dish.
My idea...
Kachina Corn Bowl
Corn
Yellow or Green onions
Jalepeno peppers (not too much but dice in small pieces)
Chile powder
Chopped garlic
Diced tomatos
I didn't give amount of ingredients because I am not sure if people are just fixing raw for themselves (if their family are not into raw) or for a large group of people. But I say one ear of corn for a small group of people and 2 ears for medium size and 3 large. For every ear of corn, you add an extra tomato, more jalepeno, garlic and chile powder.
This is more a Southwestern dish of dedication. It is paying homage to corn, the staple food for Southeastern Woodlands, Plains and Southwestern Native Americans.
