appetite supressant herb

What is that herb from the desert thats an appetite suppressant? I forget what it's called so therefor i can't be specific or ask questions on it...but I was wondering if there are any studies showing it harmful?

Hoodia's the herb. Don't know of any studies.

i dont know of it ever being shown as HARMFUL...
but also not very effective.
i dont think most of it is true hoodia.

water is a good appetite suppressant.
