I can't believe it!!! I noticed something today..

For the first time in year's I noticed this morning that my collar bones are now visible:p . Five weeks into this raw lifestyle is bringing about so many changes in me. I am just thrilled to have discovered the raw lifestyle:D

Congrats Lynn!! I know how good something like that can make us feel. It just proves that things are working here. Sometimes when the scale won't cooperate that's the only way one can tell there's progress being made. Here's hoping you keep getting bonier!

I remember when I went raw for the first time, weight just melted off even in the first week.. not so much this time around..
I'm really proud of you for sticking it through 5 weeks! You've given me motivation to be patient, and realize that all good things will come in time.

That IS a great realization!! Another milestone for me was the day I could curly up into a little ball with my forehead on the floor and my seat actually touching my eeels. (In yoga it's called the child's pose.) A minor victory!
Keep up your good work....there are undoubtedly more good things in store!

In the last few years I have been finding it more and more challenging to mow my yard. Its got a slight hill on it and I was considering getting a mower with power drive to pull it up the hill. Also I have been doing it in a chunk a day stretched out for several days. Since I have been all raw that has changed. I now go out and do the entire yard front and back in one continuous mow like I did years ago. I have decided I don't need the power assist mower after all. Raw is working for me. :)

How well I remember refinding my collar bone when I'd lost enough weight! I thought it was best thing in the world. I kept poking it so much that it actually got sore...lol I'd rub at it and then laugh.... now if only I could rediscover my kneecaps........

This is great, I'm happy for you!

It seems that I am loosing weight from the top down, too. My face began to reshape: slimmer at the chin and prominent cheek bones. Then, I, too, noticed my collar bones showing. Now, I'm waiting for my ribs to be a little less padded.

Make no bones about it, raw is the way to go!!
