...do you cool off faster since raw?

I just went for a walk at work. Wearing jeans, a hat, a light jacket, and it is about 75 outside. I wore the jacket b/c i had to take part of my costume off and the shirt underneath isn't appropriate well, not to me anyway.

I walked for 15 min at a fast pace. I came inside, took the jacket off put the costume part back on. and in 5 min i'm cooled off and feel the same temp as before I walked.....

in the past if i did somethng like that i would be sweating for a while. and my face would melt and everything....

well, i know that i dont sweat as much while doing Hot Vinyasa Yoga....where you know...you're supposed to sweat bullets and become drenched. When I was 100% I seriously barely sweat. I guess I didnt have much to release in the form of toxins, eh?

You know something.......now that you mention it I am not breaking out in a sweat like I used to while exercising either. I am back to doing my rebounding and have been doing 100 jumping jacks on it as well and I hardly breaking out in a sweat. When I was eating cooked foods , I would do my rebounding and sweat like crazy.

On another note......I no longer need deoderant either:)

Sweat isn't exactly the body's most prefered method of removing toxins. It's primarily for cooling. You may have become more efficient at keeping a lower body temperature therfore have less need for sweating. I'm an athlete and since becoming raw I have found that I sweat alot less than others while racing/training in cooler, and more than others in warmer temps.
