I go there quite often, it's right near my school. I haven't really had macs other then in their pate. Since I haven't worked with them before I can't breakdown the taste and figure out how to make this yummy stuff.
Anyone have it before and possibly have an idea of how to make it? Or if you have a mac pate recipe, I have some macs on the way :), I would be veryyy appreciative!!
Thank you!

I just love Bonobo's! You are so lucky to be near it. I've only been there about four times (everytime I'm in NYC). I don't know how to make their mac pate, sorry. Do you know how to make anything else there? I love their tahini dressing!
Next time you're in NYC, check out, if you haven't already, Caravan of Dreams and Pure Food and Wine, definitely better. I actually don't like bonobo's much, with the exception of a few things. I've replicated their sweet basil dressing and tomato basil soup. That's about it.
For the soup, i just throw together a tomato, garlic, water, some olive oil, small bit of agave and salt, whiz it up in my magic bullet then add A LOT of basil and whiz a bit more. Makes enough for just me. Sooo good!! No exact amounts, but experminent, it can't go wrong, not with basil ;)/
The dressing I am still working on, but pretty much basil, agave, oil, salt and water.
Thanks for the reply!! :D
