I made alot of green smoothie for the halloween thing at work.
i put Spinach, Pineapple and bananas
I found a post that had the benefits of Spinach
Spinach - Anti-cancer, Improves blood pressure, Strengthens blood, Strengthens immunity, Improves digestion, Lowers Cholesterol, Weight Loss, Source of Fibre, Vitamin C, A, B2, B6, Folate, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium
But can someone write out what the other two are good for? i know pineapples aid in pain relief. i want to print it and put it by my smoothie
so everyone knows what they are drinking.

I do know that pineapples contain Bromelain as well.

I think it's funny that it says pineapple is hypoallergenic. My two oldest are VERY allergic to pineapple.
