Hives?

I know you are going to say I brought it on myself :o

Well I tries a slice of spicy cheese roll last night (well not me the spooks forced me lol) and maybe a lick or 5 of a Halloween sucker.

First time I have been tempted in 70 plus days:(

I came out in mega hives ..... dots and long skinny ones about 1/4 inch thick on my throat chest legs and arms! They were raised like I was possessed :(

Later I vomited many times ( All my lovely chili too sob ..ops to much info hehe)

Wasn't that reaction a bit extreme??????

I still have them this morning thought they no longer itch

Thanks, I am not sure it may also be from detox as I am having skin problems.

They are long stripes as if I have scratched myself

I've gotten the long stripes too. They sometimes will split open and bleed a little. I'm also getting small "nick" looking places on my skin that will split and bleed. I ate a vegetarian diet before starting raw and never had them, so it's not like I'm detoxing from SAD. I've always (in my mind) eaten healthy food. So, maybe this is a part of detox, or somethings missing in my diet.

Can anyone shed some light?

Once your body gets used to being clean and having pure foods in it, you will sometimes have violent reactions when you poison it again! Some look at this as unfortunate, I look at it as a good way to keep me eating the way my body wants me to! Raw! ;)

whew... oh boy... and here I thought I was the only one! I just wrote about this on my blog... (about 2 or 3 days ago)... I got ridiculously sick from eating 4 small pieces of bread dipped in a fondue.... long story - even longer explanation... stupid regardless of how starved I was... and boy oh BOY did I pay for it....

I was literally poisoned for days afterward.... bleecchhh.... next time -- I'll take starvation and a glass of water please!! what's that ??? -- no water...:eek: then I'll just take starvation.!!! :D

This reaction will sure keep ME on the straight and narroe..1 LICK :eek: darn it.

Also, I got lumps on my tongue too!

Any was I took a homeopathic dose of Sulfur last night, in half an hour my neck was cleared and this morning my arms are much better!

But my dry skin ..please see my thread on this:)
