Spaghetti Squash Raw? Recipes? Juiced?

I have a lovely spaghetti squash in my fridge, and I certainly do not want to cook it, but I've never seen any recipes using it.

OK, it is a squash, but...

Well, if no recipes, anyone ever juice this type of squash? If so, how does it taste?

Click on the search (the banana from the home page) and type in spaghetti squash. There are several threads where it comes up.

Depending on how old the squash is, it could be tough to open. Once open, you can peel the skin off the squash (the younger it is, the easier to peel) scrape out the seeds and shred or slice the squash. You can pour over any sauce you want. It does not have as much taste as zucchini and carrots shredded, but it is edible.

You could chop it up with other veggies such as chopped carrots, okra, corn, etc. and then mix up with some herbs and a tahini dressing.
