Just received my blood test results tonite and here was the response from my Dr.: Fabulous, Excellent, Very Good. She was shocked at my results. I asked her why she was so surprised and she said 'because she never sees tests like this'. Fabulous Thyroid, No Anemia, Excellent LDL's & HDL's, No Diabetes (not that I had it, but was worried due to the amount of SAD sugar I ate and I remember someone telling me a while back I was borderline. For many years on and off I had anemia due to either abusing my body and/or a serious surgery I had last year. Because of raw I cured that issue. She told me my vitamin B12 was a little low, but to keep eating the 'greens'. How come she knows that 'greens' have B12 and the rest of the public really doesn't? She suggested I continue using the oral/spray B12 which is good. Oh and apparently she could tell my Triglyceride levels are excellent due to eating good fats.
Here is my health score:
Triglycerides: 65
Cholesterol: 165
HDL Cholesterol: 68
LDL Cholesterol: 84
Glucose: 78
Sodium: 142
Potassium: 4.1
Calcium: 9.2
Iron: 85
Vitamin B12: 285
There is more, but I don't even understand it. I no longer have anemia and that is amazing! Thank you to all the lovely raw food I am eating and it shows. If there is anything here that you think could be improved all suggestions are appreciated.

Wow thanks for posting this!!
Did you find all this out during a routine physical because my doctor doesn't check that stuff during my year physical. If I wanted to have these tests done what is it called?

What a great board to wake up too! To answer your question Trinity here are the Blood Tests I specifically asked my Dr. for and for anyone who just turned 65 my mother informed me that Medi-Care gives you a bunch of free tests for six months (any test you want).
-Blood test for Thryoid
-Blood test for B12 levels
-Blood test for Anemia
-Blood test for Diabetes
-The Lipid Panel they just threw in there ie: hdl's, ldl's, triglycerides
-There is more info. which comes with the B12/Iron test
The first time I was there they poked me to test thyroid, b12, anemia. Second time I had to get poked for diabetes.
Free, free, free at the Free Clinic in Los Angeles.

Hey there we're very close! Congratulations on healing yourself. I received the same shocked reaction from my MD in August when I received my test results. She made me take it again because she thought the technicians had compromised the results somehow. LOL She was really blown away and also said she has never seen results like mine. GO RAW!
Here are mine:
LIPIDS
Triglycerides: 66 (standard range = <199)
Cholesterol: 139 (<239)
HDL Cholesterol: 54 (standard = > 45)
LDL Cholesterol: 72 (<129)
Glucose: 75 (60-99 mg is ideal)
Creatinine: 0.61 (<1.20 is ideal)
Potassium: 3.6 (3.5-5.3 mg is ideal)
Triglycerides measure fats in the blood, the body uses triglyc to store energy in the body
Creatinine - measures how well the kidneys filter waste from the blood, woo-hoo!! I'm way below average, 50% less.
HDL - high density lipoprotein- "good cholesterol"
LDL - low density lipoprotein - high levels increase risk for heart disease
Glucose - measures how much glucose (or sugar) is in your blood after fasting for 8 hours
