For my food technology class (I get away with making everything vegan but I have to actually cook food to get the GCSE, dammit!) I'm making an indian-style appetizer tomorrow so I was going to make mini poppadoms with mango chutney.

I have a beautifully ripe mango sitting on my counter and I don't want to waste it by making a conventional mango chutney!

I was thinking of just blending my mango with chili and spices - if anyone has a recipe or suggestions they'd be most welcome!

Yes, I would just use a regular chutney recipe, just don't cook it. You could pulse it in the food processor, I think you want a little chunkiness in your chutney.
