I don't recall which thread this was in (it was recent) but someone was discussing SAD diets. And the comment was: are you simply trying to add more fruits and veggies to your SAD diet, or are you eating a raw diet of mostly fruits and veggies?.
Anyway, this got me thinking. And it's a great was of looking at "falling off the wagon". Personally, I've been pretty relaxed with raw lately. I'm still eating lots of raw, maybe 50%, but not longer making raw the majority of my daily food.
I am someone who is not striving for 100% raw, but maximum raw and this way of looking at it is getting me back to eating more raw. And it feels good.
Just had to share the journey with all of you.
