Carrot Juice

Anybody know any extraordinary benefits of drinking carrot juice? I have read that fresh carrot juice is very good for the liver. I have been having some each morning with some added greens to reduce the sugar effect. Comments?

i've had carrot juice and orange juice, (peel too) at least two times a week lately. I get an unusal euphoria. Like one day I was mad at my husband. i mean mad, crying, the works. I drank that and i was so happy. I was driving on a nice day too. could have been part of it...
it was weird...
