You've Ruined Me

Ok, I have to share something funny with you guys. My husband is on a business trip to Dallas this week and he's been eating mostly raw for the past month and a half. He isn't quite ready to give up his meat completely yet though and has some now and then. Last night, we were chatting and he says to me...YOU"VE RUINED ME. I of course needed him to clarify what that meant and he said...'Not 10 minutes after I was done eating, I felt like TOTAL crap!'. hahahaha I laughed so hard and just said....YESSSSSSSSSSSS. :) hehe Resistance is FUTILE!

LOL this is how I react to myself sometimes when Im wanting to eat SAD but my body wont digest it. It does really seem like with raw the body remembers real quickly what foods it is supposed to have.

lol, i know exactly how he feels.
i felt the same way at times during my transition.
i looked at it as a sign of what my body wants and doesn't want, and
it sure doen't want cooked foods.
