any ideas on replicating trader joes birdnest appetizer

Saw them in frozen foods there.They are little balls of grated kale-carrots--onions crispy with dipping sauce.What would we use as a gluten that would not be sweet? They looked delish

I had those before my raw days, and they WERE quite delicious! The dehydrator could definitely work some magic making a raw version. Let me know if you create a recipe!

Nooo not the birdnests! I got sooo ill from eating those--they were so oily! bleh! :(
Raw ones would definitely be better :D
