Leeks

Does anyone have a good raw recipe for leek soup? I'm hung up on soups right now because I live in Vermont and it is very chilly.

Here we go...
I take my leeks and clean them and chop them up and put them in my blender with some coconut milk, you can make your own or you can use almond milk and blend it with a little avocado for that creamy texture and pour it in a heated bowl and season it and if you want chop us a couple of sundried tomatoes to add to it... yummy, yummy.
