Hi all, I havent been on here for awhile.I was going thru depression and I quit my job (collections). It took 2 months and I finally found a job I love and I am no longer depressed. But I went off my diet and now I feel like a pig again.Tommorrow I am starting over.Does anyone take Chloreela and Spirulina? I bought some, I heard they are good for you.I need to start working out again, but so far havent done anything.Any encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks,Pat.

Hi Pat! The most important thing is to not beat yourself up...start again this moment. Just dust yourself off and start anew.

I have recently introduced spirulina into my green smoothies. I am not familiar with the other thing you mentioned. Currently, I am taking two heaping tsps of spirulina in my morning green smoothie. My advice to you, is to start with a little bit, and gradually increase it as you get accustomed to the taste.

BTW, congrats on finding a job that you love! A lot of us cannot say that.

Hey Pat ~ welcome back! I take the chlorella but I can't put it in my smoothie as the taste gags me. I take about 10 tablets with orange juice and a digestive enzyme. That seems to help me. Glad to hear you found a new job, that can make all the difference! :D Soon you'll be feeling like a new person.

Hi-
I am relatively new at the raw food thing, still striving to complete 30 days, then go to the next 30 days and so forth. Reading this forum is such a help for me as I realize I am not alone. I take chorella tablets anywhere from 6-12 a day. I am thinking I will build up to about 20 a day . I try and have around lunch time and at night as I have a green smoothie in the AM .Good luck to you !

Just wanted to let you know Pat that one of my biggest obstacles is to not abuse myself with any SAD food/sugar while I am going through a rough period. It has been a challenge, but I can tell you this year was the first time ever in my life I have achieved this goal. It is specifically through the raw lifestyle that I became aware of this and made the change. It is so worth it to take care of yourself while going through a rough patch. Not too informed myself about your other questions. The next time you go through this and there will be a next time, as there always is with all of us, may you choose to take care of yourself by eating to heal.

Glad you got out of that SAD job! I can't imagine doing it myself. It would depress me too. What is it that you are doing now that you love? I don't take the supplements although I am trying liquid chlorophyll right now and I think it is great.

Oh you are going to be one educated person after working in a pharmacy and being a raw foodist! This should pay off really well for you down the road! I would have liked that also but now I have so little trust in Rx.
