Can honey be a substitute? I'm wanting to make Carmel's Easter chocolate recipe, but I don't have agave. anyone have luck using honey in other recipes? Thanks!

Agave and honey can be used interchangebly (spelling?). No problem.

But there are differences -- agave doesn't affect blood sugar levels like honey does, agave is raw and vegan but honey isn't, agave has a much thinner consistency.

And, from my experience, Honey is about 1000% sweeter, so they are not one-for-one interchangeable.....

I've been using Agave with my green tea insted of fake sugars....it took some getting used to, but I'm enjoying it more every day.

By the way, I was told that the darker the Agave, the more minerals present....I've giving away my "Light".....
