I live in Phoenix and my brother and his girlfriend went to one maybe half a year ago, I know it was a good experience for him. He's moved to california but I'll ask him and get back to you!

P.S. where abouts in Phoenix do you live? I'd love to meet more raw people

Don't know anything about this person, but I saw a business card at Green Veg Cafe for a colon hydrotherapist. The name was Tannis Revvell.
Anyway, it's a starting place;)

She is the BEST, really she makes the experience a dream. She does a castor oil pack, tummy massage, lavander oiil, and bach's flower remedy for relaxation.
She charges $85 for 1 1/2 hrs. TRuly she is a blessing, you will not be dissapointed.
