i´ve been raw on and off for 10 years now...time flies by!!!
im a professional trained vegetarian chef and at this time last year i was working at pure food and wine (wow, it seems strange now...) i´m presently working as a food editor for www.blue.com.pt cooking mag.
i had a beautiful baby boy (8 months old) and during pregnancy and right after birth i was raw, and he was fine!!! but these past months i´ve been off and on. just began a cleanse and go on the scale :( well i´m 136 and should be 123...so on the 1st i´m getting back on the raw food wagon (actually eating) on the 30 day forum.
just wanted to "vent" ... and have the weight goals written down so in december i can get back on this thread and check out the difference...
