Since I have candida I do a series of enemas twice a week.

1. I start with cleansing enema

2. I do coffee retention enema for 20 minutes, ter.)

3. I do a cleansing enema with sea salt

4. Then I do a retention enema w/ warm water, aloe vera juce and celtic sea salt.

5. Probiotic enema- Bioacidophlius powder and let that sit for as long as I can. Atleast 30-45 minutes

After that, I drink an emergen-c for electrolytes, drink 1 cup if my homemade mineral broth(Potatoes, cabbage, carrots, garlic, sea salt, distilled water...). Then, in a blender, I add a blueberries a cup of raw goat's milk kefir (home made), a tablespoon flax oil, a tablespoon coconut oil, some spirulina, barley grass and wheat grass powder and bioacidophilus powder ... blend for 60 seconds

The above, three times a week is making my skin really glowy and much vibrant, nice bright eyes too. My energy is through the roof and Im looking healthy!!

I make sure to get enough fiber in my diet and only use enemas / colonics when I am fasting or if I feel over whelmed by toxins, but usually if / when I feel like that more fiber in the diet does the trick for me.

I eat 6 okras a day with flaxseed oil.

What type of fibers do you use?

What type of fibers do you use?I get a lot of fiber eating produce like bananas, tangerines, bell peppers, etc. I also get a lot of fiber from smoothies. I like the okra also and have been adding one to each smoothie I make. I also like flax seeds because like the okra flax is muscilaginous.

I was just looking at Matt Monarch's raw vegan books.com site at the various enema bags. I'm interested in learning about doing a retention enema with wheat grass juice but unclear how to get it up there........

If you wouldn't drink coffee, why would one do a coffee enema? Doesn't it absorb into the body? Just curious.

Tasha,
I'm glad it's helping you. That's quite some routine. Where did you read about it? How long does it take you to do it?

When I do enemas, I do a water enema and then a wheatgrass juice implant, holding it as long as I can. Then maybe another implant.

Are you all talking about regular Fleet-type enemas or the old red bag kind?

SuBu, I doubt anyone here is talking about fleet enemas. We're talking about water enemas and variations of them using bags or buckets.

Stina, You can do a wheatgrass implant using a bucket with a long tube. The tube is inserted up your rear end. You hang the bucket about 3 or 4 feet above you while you lay on your side on the floor, unclasp the flow clamp and allow the wheatgrass juice to pour in.
