newbie from phoenix az..hello!

well hello all..i just wanted to intro myself, i've lurked for about aweek now and wow am i exited..you guys are soo great! i'm 38yrs old, i say old because i've been eating sad most of my life. i'm married to a wonderful man and i'm a stay at home mom to 2 beautiful girls 4 & 2 yrs old. i've been wanting to go raw for some time, this weekend i'm going to whole earth foods store to stock up and take the plunge. ill be posting all my newbie questions in other forums(i've got lots)!!


my 2yr old just woke up from nap..my questions will have to wait till tonight!

I also am new to raw. I live in the Phoenix area, actually Surprise,AZ. I have been raw for about a month. Had a few lapses but went right back on.
Would love to find a support group here in Phoenix. Good luck to you and go for it! Nancy
