I just whipped something up that is much closer in texture and mouth feel to cream of wheat, farina, porridge, etc. than oats, but a chocolate variety, thought I'd share:
These are all approximations as I didn't measure:
3 Tbs flax seeds (golden)
1.5 Tbs cacao nibs
1.5 Tbs carob powder
1 banana
1 persimmon (large Hachiya)
agave to taste (i used approx. 1.5 Tbs)
water (small amount for consistency possibly 1/4-1/2 C?)
salt (just a few grains for taste)
small handful goji berries
10 raisins
grind first three ingredients, add others except gojis and raisins, and process (i used my magic bullet)
mix in gojis and raisins. Stir, and eat :).
I wanted to spiralize an apple to top it off, no apple in sight :(.
