Colonic Qiestion - Urgent

I'm scheduled to get my first colonic at 9am but have a meeting at Noon on the same day - can anyone tell me if it's necesarry to go about your day after a colonic or will I need down time

Need to know if i should reschedule my colonic because I cant reschedule the meeting

hey. i had a colonic a few months ago. i was able to carry on my day, but i didn't get much out. i felt a bit tired but then i went and got a smoothie and was okay again. maybe bring a smoothie with you or get one if you're getting it done in the city.

Its been my experience that after you get up off the colonic table you have to go pretty quick and then its pretty much over. you might go again in 10 or 15 minutes after that but thats about it. Everybody's different so the way I react may be different from your reaction. Good luck.
