I thought I'd ask, although I feel rather silly asking....

You could do an orange juice fast. All you would need is a cheapo orange juicer :)

Some people blend produce in their blender and then strain it to make juice.

Angela Stokes juice feasted for quite a while and did not have a juicer for a while. She blended everything in the Vitamix, then strained it through a nut milk bag, I believe.

You might try a green smoothie fast. Just blend everything up in the blender and drink. You got your juice and your fiber all in one!

I've been wondering about that. What does a juicer do for you other than remove the fiber? Doesn't a vitamix "essentially" do the same thing as a juicer?
I put off buying a juicer (already have a vitamix) for exactly this reason.

When you remove the fiber and drink just the juice, you rest your bowels, which is very beneficial and your body absorbs the nutrients at a quicker pace, which means you heal faster. That's why it is recommended that people with chronic illnesses juice fast.

Well you can either suck the juice out of the fruit (or vegetable) and spit out the pulp, or if there is a Wild Oats or Whole Foods ( i dont know about whole foods but at wild oats we'll juice your produce for you at the juice bar..except we will be whole foods in january..so i guess..that i dont know where i'm going with this :D) just buy or grow your produce and bring it there and ask them to juice it for you...they may or may not charge you for it? i'm not sure
thats my advice
haha
did i make sense?
