So what does everyone else do with the stuff left over from making almond milk?
My current thing is to blend it with a bit of agave, dried dates and apricots, an orange segment, lots of cacao powder and some cinnamon to make a yummy chocolate pudding. I like to stir cacao nibs in as well...mm.

Have you tried this bread recipe it's apparentley very good, the chef is a Brit so some of the ingriedients may be unfamiliar, do a search of this site if you have any problems.

Mixed it up with dates and cinnamon and made a crust out of it, and made an avocado and lemon agave sweetened pudding top to go on it.....the almond pulp fit nicely with the lemon flavor 'cause it's lighter than the heavier nut bases.....yummmmm

Oo that bread looks good, and I'm sure the ingredients won't be unfamiliar as I am a Brit myself :)

...sure, although whatever it is that you're creating may possibly end up being more heavy/dense. Since I don't know what the recipes are, it's hard to say, really.
Try it and see :)
