Anyone here know the shelf life of raw ACV?

I've had a bottle of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar in the fridge for nearly 3 months:eek:.

Is it okay to use, or should I chuck it in the garbage and buy a new bottle?

I never refridgerate my vinegar...I have never had any spoil...even after as long as a year. I use Braggs too~

Ooohh...definitely DON'T chuck it!

They say at the Braggs website that you don't need to refrigerate it, and state that: "ACV has an FDA required "official" shelf life of three to five years after the bottling date (found on the bottle), however, experience has shown that the product is safe, usable and effective for an indefinite period if kept out of direct sunlight."

HTH! :D

p.s. my mother's gnarly lookin' too, lodestar! Hahhahahahahahahhaha.

I always keep mine in the fridge, and the mother really doesn't change.

I'm curious what exactly you mean when you say the mother looks gnarly!
