Hi!
Just wanted to ask you that how do you get enough fiber and what is the recommended amount?

When one eats raw, it's highly unlikely that one will not get "enough" fiber ~ unless one is juicing all their fruits and veggies. When one is eating a lot of meat, it's hard to get fiber because meat doesn't contain any. ALL fruits and veggies do ~ soooo, impossible not to.
Holly, this is not a SAD diet where one has to concern themselves with getting "enough". Eat a variety of "colors" ~ fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts and no worries about "enough" of anything.

ditto ! :) ,probably the only problem with fiber that you will have is getting used to the HIGH amounts ;)

Ditto ... ditto ...
Just eat plenty of greens and fruits -- as much as you want whenever you want. There are no "requirements" just as this is not a "diet" -- enjoy!!

Hi,
All you need to do to get enough fiber, is to simply eat all raw, you can juice some too, but just eat raw fruits and vegetables and you'll be fine.
Fruits and vegetables have cellulose, which IS fiber.
The fiber that you buy to help your bm's is vegetable fiber, that's what musilage and psyllum husk is.
So, if you used to have to take any of that stuff, you can leave it be for now, as you will be receiving fiber in it's most perfect form natural
and welcome to this site, it's good to have you.
