The timing was perfect...I'm going to visit my eldest son in NYC this weekend.
He has always been into sports, run the NY marathon, etc but nto so great nutritionally...he knows I am raw and is planning on taking me to a raw food restaurant..have never been to one before..AND he is willing to give it a try...am getting some info together for him and this will be just perfect!!!!:)
And yes...it feels great!!!

I really liked that artical a lot, but I felt weird sending it to my friends because I didn't read the whole thing first. I think this sounds pretty insulting to send to people that are obviously never going to be vegan!
But for the rest of us who wish to live beyond the norm, there's veganism. It's the diet of the few intelligent, lucid, advanced human beings who now inhabit this planet.
Basically I sent it so they would incorporate more living foods, which I think the article does a really good job explaining why they should.

So true what we considered normal, is so anormal when you think about it.

Good article. But of course, I agree with most of it. As my husband or someone he knows, however, and they'll tell you it's ridiculous. ;)
