Don't usually get into fights, but this person provoked me. What was unusual about this is that afterwards I felt physically sick to my stomach like I was going to throw up. I never experienced that SAD, but I definitely attribute this to raw. Has anyone experienced the same thing and if so why do you think it happened? This fight had nothing to do with raw and she said the most absurd immature thing to me 'go have some chocolate'. I should have told her to choke on her cigarette. Just don't know why I physically felt ill and would like to know if anyone else has experienced this?

I have noticed that I am more connected to my emotions now then I was when I was SAD. I just seem to feel things more deeply now then before.

Ditto! And I have had a few people make remarks to me during the three weeks that I have been raw. I just feel a very deep compassion for them though and walk away from it.

Here's a {{HUG}} for you:)

I'm an Intuitive ;) and you got spirtually whacked my dear, that's one of the reasons you may have felt ill. If you know anything about the chakra centers, your third chakra got hit pretty hard by the confrontation. The third chakra is located near your naval and can result in stomach issues, feelings of nausea when it's disrupted. Best thing to do is pamper and love yourself, take a warm epsom salt bath and hook into whatever higher spirit you believe in. A full body massage will do you well in general to relax and help you rejuvinate you. When you're really quiet, say hello to this person who provoked you and send her some love. I know this will be hard, believe me, but it will work to clear the resonating energies left in your emotional body. It may also keep you from attracting this kind of attack in the future.

I just experienced something similar recently although I didn't get physically ill I know how it can throw you off. Follow the thread, "Raw and Living in a S..." (meant to read..."SAD Nation", but hit the return too soon, lol). The wonderful folks on here gave me some really sound advice, it may help you too.

Give yourself a big hug and be thankful you're Raw. :)

Note: You don't have to send good thoughts to woman (in person), but rather you can write it down or just think it. I just wanted to be more clear about this, in case you wanted to try it out. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

I agree with what Crystal said... I've also felt physically sick after a confrontation. I was so upset I wanted to throw up. Very unusal for me. I think that I allowed her negative energy to really get to me -- Before when I was full of SAD crap - its like it must've been a buffer or something -- or maybe I just didn't let things get to me - like I was numb to my true self. Now I'm so aware of my being.... and I feel more deeply - my compassion is stronger for people that are 'wandering' and truly in a state of lying to themselves -- or a state of pesonal and psychic pain.

crystal had some great ideas in how to release and cleanse this from you!

RAWK ON... and feel better.... http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s43/FireStar_830/tha857f08c.gif

words and thoughts- whether negative or positive- have such strong energy IMO... i have experienced this myself. Well, actually just take a look at my signature :) I believe you can definitely get sick from just being stressed/mad/angry

I usually have a temper and fly off the handle very easilyy but since I have gone raw, things just don't bother me as much. Not sure why....I am just more mellow and I seem to have more compassion for people.

I never know what to call myself, I usually just say I'm very empathic. It's a known fact among my friends that I walk around with my 4th chakra wide open (I think that's the right one) and take in everyone's energy and emotions. I wouldn't change it because it's who I am, but it's very scary and frustrating sometimes when I can't relax because someone in the room is having an anxiety attack or whatever.

As for the original discussion, I am an exposed, raw nerve since going raw. I don't know if it's emotional detoxing or this is how I'm supposed to be and I never got used to dealing with it. It's been a challenge.

I would get stomach aches every time I was upset (and also every time I would eat!) before I was raw. Now, I'm not getting upset so often and my food is all raw... I attributed the stomach aches mostly to acid, and anger or resentment make me become more acidic as well.

Either way, sounds like the situation is over and your stomach ache too. Just wanted to add another perspective. :)
