[Hi! I have internet again. Was with bad service and then with no service over a period of 2½ months since my move, so it's great to be back with a reliable ISP.]

Has anyone ever made this? I can figure out the tomatoes and oil part but wonder what these come with in terms of condiments. I've never tried these but have come across a few cooked food recipes that call for this ingredient as I'm looking for inspiration for coming up with raw food ideas.

Cheers. :)

The prepacked ones are probably not raw.
I make my own but I shred the tomatoes first. Then I half fill a glass jar. Add a few cloves of crushed garlic and some crushed dried chilli. Then I fill the jar with olive oil and let it sit for a few days before I use it. It keeps for ever.

Thanks. This is of enormous help. I'll try this.

Cheers! :)
