Where do you get black walnut tincture?

What about the parasite cleanse (and there was another, was it a kidney cleanse?) that Alissa mentions to do BEFORE you liver cleanse, or at least do before your 2nd liver cleanse???

I want to do this, I just want to do it right.

Oh yeah...one more,
the lemon pith...how do you "drink" that...should I blend it in the blender??? Alittle confused, or maybe dense:rolleyes: I need serious help...LOL

you can get black walnut at any health food store. I also heard that wormwood is excellent too for cleansing the parasites.

Yes, its best to do a parasite cleanse then do a colon cleanse, lastly a liver cleanse.

Thanks Natasha! I thought you were supposed to do a parasite cleanse first, but do you BUY one? Is all the "other" added stuff (like the walnut tincture) supposed to cleanse parasites?
I'm still confused.

I tried using tinctures for a cleanse, but I cannot have any alcohol and the tinctures are in a base of alcohol. People always dismiss it as if a little were nothing, but with my health problems, it's very harmful to me.

I've wasted hundreds of dollars this way, and I'm mentioning it in case there are people who shouldn't have alcohol and don't realize how strong the tinctures are.

I work at a health food store & we have tinctures in both alcohol & non-alcohol bases. We get ours from Nature's Answers. You can get pretty much whatever kind you need in these ways - Black walnut included.
