Hey everyone,

I'm a 24 year old grad student in Monterey, CA -- in my last year! I've decided to go raw despite my more than chaotic student life in the hopes of adopting these healthy habits while I'm still young.

I am always amazed and blessed when someone your age steps up and OWNS their POWER.... you are taking responsibiltiy for your health and that my dear is AWESOME. Imagine how incredibly strong and vibrant you will be when you reach my age? (51)... I only wish I had been conscience enough to be responsible like you at that age... wow!!
