Yeppers can see the difference in your face. Great job. Keep up with the good progress. Not sure if you have had this problem yet but I did when I lost my first 60 lbs. My face slimmed down so much that I had to get new glasses. The ones I had would sit on my chubby cheeks. When I lost the weight my glasses kept falling down my face....roflmao!! From your pictures you look like you might end up having the same problem.

BTW: Where about in BC do you live if you don't mind saying? I live in BC too. South eastern part.

i feel very wonderful and very proud. i've spent 8.5 years wanting to loose the excess weight from baby #3... to no avail. it seemed everytime i lost a pound... i'd go on an eating frenzy and gain another 5 :(

but eating raw and fasting (even doing smoothies as well) is just like a gift in my life. the excess fat is being released from my body and i'm starting to see the real me emerging in the mirror.

this morning when i got out of the shower and looked at my face... i was so amazed. i couldn't believe THIS is the face looking back at me!

i know... it's amazing how my face is changing daily. i did a huge clean on my house today... well the kids did much of the house and i gutted and cleaned the entire kitchen. reorganized... made an entire counter a "healthy" choice counter with my champion, the brita... a nice place to prepare my foods away from the meat-eating-family.

so yup... much more energetic!

i've had my nose pierced for almost 20 years. when i got it done... a young girl told me i was too old to have a nose ring. i was in my early twenties LOL

i've had to get my glasses taken in quite a bit... as they were falling off my face. sooooo much thinner :D yippeee

i 'feel' like night and day. it's amazing how your body moves when it isn't wrapped in fat. i can reach my shoulder blade to scratch it by taking my right arm across my chest and around to my left shoulder blade!!!! i discovered that last night and spent about an hour switching arms and scratching LOL

as for my teeth, i brush with a natural bristle brush and no toothpaste. my teeth are in great shape :)

I have been brushing my teeth with either nothing or a little drop of tea tree oil. The other day I wasn't paying attention and accidentally used my daughters "regular" toothpaste. My mouth broke out on sores! What the heck is in that stuff?????
