Greetings!

I am Starface from Montreal, Canada. I have been dabbeling in the raw foods lifestyle since 2000. Haven't been great at commiting entirely though. I have just had a very difficult year and my psychology needs adjusting to attract better things. I believe that this lifestyle is one way to align ourselves with all that is good. Away from conditional love etc...Also, of course, a great way to feel and look great. It's all about enzymes. More enzymes, less dis-ease. Anyways, might have missed the boat here, as i just noticed that these postings were not even from this year. But God willing, someone may respond??!! Best wishes to anyone that may read this.

i know exactly what you mean,
ive been working on shifting my thought patterns and perspective lately,
and yes, raw is miraculous,
but inner emotional/mental balance takes it to the next level.

suddenly im finding joy,
and my life is filled with synchronicity.

Gratitude and surprise. I am so happy to have just received a reply, and from a fellow kanuk no less, cool! Yes, raw is rawsome, but eating this way is not enough to ensure health and happiness. Gotta intend what we desire too, not dwell on what sucks. And i believe that the raw vibes tend to help to manifest our thoughts, more efficiently. On that note, all good things to you out in beautiful B.C. I'll probably be on the island myself soon. You are lucky to live there. Best. Starface

Welcome to our raw world. I'm another canuk also from BC. YAY BC RAWKS!! I use to live on Vancouver Island as well so HOORAW for the Island. Hope to get dh to visit there next summer so I can convince him to retire there. I soooo miss the ocean now that I'm landlocked.
Don't worry about the dates on some of the postings. They are postings that have been bumped up by the moderators I think. But alot of them make for interesting reading. I've learned alot from reading the postings on this forum. It's where I've spent all my 'puter time lately....lol Sure feel better than I did at the beginning.

Wow, so many from Canada poppin in, nice! It is heartening to have made these quick connections today. I am really looking to connect with folks who have decided to take responsability for their lives. I have a handful of raw friends here in town, and others scattered around the planet, but have been isolating lately from my friends etc...needing privacy, but am happy to at least keep being inspired and hopefully doing some inspiring too, even though i am not participating much in the "real world". The internet is a blessing in this way. One can meet all kinds of amazing people without setting foot out the door. Anyways, guess i'll pop over to the other posts now.
