Ah well, after listening to an interview with Dr. Tim Trader I was suprised that Fruit needs to be consumed in order to keep candida at bay (It will always be there as Candida is present in everyones body).

I remembered something that David Wolfe said about when you eat avocado it goes straight to the cells and so it made more sense when Dr. Tim said that when people stop consuming Fats there candida clears up because the fats are the culprit that are blocking the cells receptor sites for all the nutrients, sugars and oxygen etc. So when you eat friut you are still feeding the candida BUT you are also feeding your cells which naturally need sugars therefore you become stronger and your body is then much more able to maintain the candida and you will have no more symptoms. Pretty interesting stuff I though!

Its hard to imagine anything filtering through that to get to the intestinal wall to be absorbed.
