They just found a Aneurysm Aortic in me , when they did a cat scan of my stomach.
I went for a cat scan of the stomach for gall bladder, liver and pancreas because the ultra sound did not show anything due to my body size. The Doctor said I’m very lucky that they found it .
If the balloon burst I will bleed out and die with in two minutes.
Now I must lose as much weight as possible before my next visit in April. They will not do a operation on me at this body weight.
If it does not grow they will wait to do a operation. If it grows I am in big trouble. Unless I lose 100+ pounds. If any one has any tips to share please let me know.
I have been making green smoothies and salads for the past two months have lost about 32 lbs.

Juicing is good for losing weight and healing the body. You are on the right track and I agree with your doctor, it is a good thing they found it. Most don't and die a premature death. It is great that you have been given a second chance. :D
Read everything you can on raw and especially about the lady who lost over a hundred lbs on smoothies. You may have to do this if your weight stalls but you are worth it!

Keep doing what you area doing. Plenty of whole fresh fruits and veggies and smoothies and salads. And exercise. At least a nice walk every day. I walk an hour every day and then use a recumbent bike (not as hard on my back/butt) And stay hydrated.
You are doing great. Just keep it up!
Congrats on your 32 pounds weightloss!:D And welcome to RFT!:D :D

Are there any restrictions on physical activity? If not, you'll probably want to start off walking as much as you can. Losing 32 lbs is a great start!

Im so glad they found this & wish you speedy weight loss. I reckon you are doing great so far but would say be careful of nuts, nut butters etc...probably best to avoid eating too many fancy raw desserts too cos not good food combining.

I like to thank everyone for their help.I really mean it.
Going out today to buy a exercise bike today.
I love walking but I can no longer do it as exercise due to my bad knees.
I keep my raw foods simple a green smoothie for breakfast and a salad for lunch and dinner, no fruit or nuts. I am really looking forward to the day when I can enjoy the nuts and fruits side of raw.
:) My niece was visiting from LA and we were having lunch and I said are going to eat that dead food or have a salad like me. She renamed me Uncle Dandelion.

You are very lucky for getting a second chance. Your diet plan will help you loose weight. you could also include some sprouts like alfalfa. Also after loosing some more pounds you will get more energy and hopefully your knees wouldn't hurt that bad.
Have you tried doing colonics/ enemas? A lot of people benefited instantly by being able to get rid of most of the toxins. And with your diet you will be able to see results faster.

i'm sending all my greatest wishes for you!
as far as weight loss on raw...everyone's bodies are different. men especially seem to handle different foods than women when it comes to loseing weight.
a few suggestions that seem to work for many:
- favour avocados over nuts. nuts seem to slow weight loss, while avocados help with weightloss.
-drink lots of green smoothies with grapefruit blended in (including the white pith) there is an enzyme in grapefruits that break down fat lipids in the blood...it's very cleansing.
-drink tons of pure water.
-use only the best/healthiest quality salt, like himalayan salt.
-excercise. PERIOD. focus on sweating like a storm. bikram yoga is incredible for detox, muscle strengthening and in particular, strengthening the knees.
-get raw chocolate powder (like natures first law). it's LOADED with minerals and antioxidants and has a really noticable appetite suppressing quality.
-definetly get colonics or hydro therapy. so important for speeding detox and weightloss.
-eat tons of sprouts every single day...these give sooo much life energy.
-most of all...know deep inside you that you ARE changing, growing and healing. and you are everyday, stepping towards the most beatiful feelings of health like you might not have felt for many years.
i wish you great health and happiness

Dennis, on your regimen you may have a problem at some time with seriously dry skin. If so you can include avocado, blended nuts or (coconut oil a tablespoon or so a day). Coconut oil actually improves the health of the thyroid and causes weight loss. Read up on it. You will be impressed. There are also vegan essential fatty acids capsules now. I say blended nuts (add a little water so they will become creamy) (only a small child's handfull a day) because then you have the healthy oils and fiber without the possibility of irritating sharp bits. You can then add that to your smoothie or make it into salad dressing or a spread on celery, etc. Add stevia or salt to flavor it if you like. Flax seed blended into your smoothies also gives you awesome essential fatty acids, weight loss actions and fiber. Put them in a dry blender and blend till powdered then stop and add the other ingredients for your smoothie. Spirulena and/or chlorella will add to your smoothie nutrition if you get to feeling like it is lacking. My husband is severely diabetic and has normalized his blood sugar and lost 50+ pounds doing low carb green smoothies and salads using the above. He still has about 40-50 to go and is doing great. He is also doing the 30 day challenge with me.
