raw in media

the other day we were browsing online TV. here in the uk there is a channel 4 OD. Anyway, they had this programme on about toxicity. called how toxic are your kids. Anyway they showed you these young ones livestyles, and guess what? the one with hardly any toxins, didn't register on the scale was this little girl and her family are raw! it was ace. they were not vegan, (had eggs) but it was so good to see, as this raw lifestyle is really tiny over here.
they are also into other health things, like you get into like making your own shampoo, toothpaste, and generally very eco.
he had been raw 7 years and they showed you a before photo, and he looks totally different way younger and trendy, as we all do on this lifestyle ;)
Anyway i was so happy to see this i thought i would share it. By me its hard even to get veggie options never mind raw, i have had people ask what veg and fruit are, eg are apples ok ??? :eek: seriously sad.

That IS sad :( the majority has been successfully de-educated about what nutrition should be all about!! That's great you had some raw info in the media :D i haven't really seen anything on TV around here.. :/

I'm a Mac person too. PCs are quite inferior as far as a recording musician such as myself is concerned!

:D i'm mac obsessed too, but living in UK i saw the programme anyway and was so happy to see raw on mainstream uk tv, i forced my family to watch it! the raw food revolution is spreading, albeit very slowly..
