I have searched and searched and I cannot find it. It would be helpful to see the different levels spelled out for me since I am in a fasting-funk these days.

You're welcome. Sometimes I find using Googles Search tool is much more effective, you can limit it to the Rawfoodtalk website.
In reading the referenced info, there was a note on what to do with the juice pulp. It mentioned to add it back in with the juice. Is this different than a green smoothie? And would you want to do that while juice fasting?

I'd have to go back and check but I think the author was referring to the very first stage of returning to food. A little pulp and gently wake up the digestive system.

Zaphirah, you have lost an impressive amount of weight in the past month and a half. How much of that was lost during your fast?

so I have lost a total of 27 lbs, the first 10 was on raw (9/7-9/30), the remaining 17 was on the fast. All in all, in the last 46 months I have taken off SEVENTY POUNDS!!! I can't believe it! :cool:
This fast is my effort to take off the last of the weight and be DONE with weight loss and work on weight maintenance. It's been almost 4 years of trying to LOSE weight. I want to get down to about 130 or so and just work out for health reasons and eat raw for life and stop having to watch the scale.
