finally really not hungry. No desire to eat. Pretty bored in the last few days. Tomorrow marks the 1/2 way point. I've lost 15 lbs in the last 19 days. Weight loss has slowed down to only a couple ounces a day. I will have to add exercise next week.

Congrats with how far you've come! Is this your first fast? I'm on day 2 of my second fast. I'd like to lose 14lbs and keep off 10. How much of the weight you lose do you think you will gain back?

I'm anticipating a weight gain of 5-10 lbs when I return to food. I was hoping to get to 133 and try to stay under 140, but at this rate I'll be lucky to get to 140 before I start eating again.

I *am* doing it for health reasons, but I was really hoping to take the last 20 lbs off, so I can be DONE with weight loss and move on to weight maintenance, ya know? I've been losing weight for almost 4 years and am so sick of it. I've lost 68 lbs to date, but still have another 10-15 to go. I'm so close to my goal, but the scale's not cooperating. lol!

ETA: this is not my first fast, but it is my first 40 day fast. I did a 28 day fast a year ago and have done several 3-10 day fasts in the last year or 2.
