What do you do when you waited patiently for 24 hrs for your "Chocolate Turtles" to be finished and your dh eats all of them but 1 (in less than 2 hours)????
Luckily I got 2 of them before hand and there's 1 left.
So remind me not to say "try these hon, you'll love them"!
It wasn't easy making them as the chocolate runs all over and it never does go hard and makes a terrible mess on the tray and then when I transferred the to the plate and scouped the chocolate over them it ran all over the plate. But oooo get a spoon and scoup and yummy.......hehehe
I guess I could look at this another way.......at least he's eating raw some of the time! too bad he wouldn't even try other stuff.

My version of lemon chewies uses leftover almond milk pulp- lightens it up, not so heavy and dense. That was a Rawkinlocks suggestion. Don't really have a recipe, I just kinda wing it.

What about putting them in a Paper Cup Cake holder? Then they will be contained and not RUN wild.........

Thanks for the hint on putting them into paper cupcake holders spiceyfull & Amuzon1!! I never thought of that. I have a ton of them and since I doubt I'll be using them much anymore this would be a good way to use them up. Except.......I have the AH dehydrator and they won't fit, the trays aren't very high. I guess I could cut the holders down in height......hmmmmm something to think about.
